Booking Cancellation Policy
At Clique Creative, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, last-minute cancellations impact our team and business. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Notice Requirement
To avoid a cancellation fee, clients must notify Clique Creative in writing via email or by phone at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fees
Daytime Appointments:
Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $55.00
Cancellations made on the spot (after our team has arrived): $75.00
This includes instances where the property is not ready for photography or if the tenant/vendor forgot.
Twilight Appointments:
Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $75.00
Cancellations made on the spot (after our team has arrived): $110.00
This includes instances where the property is not ready for photography or if the tenant/vendor forgot.

Why Do We Have a Cancellation Policy?
When you book a photographer with Clique Creative, you are reserving a dedicated time slot. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that cannot always be filled, leading to lost business and scheduling conflicts.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly ask clients to provide as much notice as possible to minimise disruptions and allow us to serve all our clients effectively.It is also important to note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as part of the 24-hour notice period.
