Clique Creative is committed to providing high-quality real estate photography and video marketing services to its clients while respecting the intellectual property rights of all parties involved. This policy outlines the copyright and relicensing terms for the photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative and the use of those photographs and/or video content by its clients.

Copyright Ownership:

All photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative are protected by Australian Copyright Laws. Clique Creative retains all rights, ownership, title, and interest in and to the photographs and/or video content, including all copyrights, moral rights, and any other proprietary rights.

Usage Rights:

If Clique Creative is engaged to create photography and/or video content, Clique Creative grants its clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion of the property or project for which the photographs and/or video content were taken. The license is granted for a one-time use and is limited to the specific property or project for which the photographs and/or video content and/or video were taken. Any additional use of the marketing content requires written permission from Clique Creative.

Relicensing:

Clients who wish to relicense the photographs and/or video content for additional use beyond the initial one-time use (i.e. to the vendor, to another agency, etc.), Clique Creative must agree to the relicense. There is a relicensing fee associated with the relicense of photographs and/or video content and/or video content.

Attribution / Credit of Work:

Clique Creative requires that all published or displayed photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative are credited to Clique Creative as the photographer. The credit line should read “Photo by Clique Creative” or a similar credit line that Clique Creative approves.

Modifications:

Clients may not modify or alter the photographs and/or video content in any way without written permission from Clique Creative. Any modifications or alterations made without written permission from Clique Creative will be considered a breach of this policy.

Raw Images & Video:

Raw, unedited images and/or video are classified as our intellectual property and are protected under copyright law. As such, ownership of these raw products remains with Clique Creative. If you wish to obtain the raw images and/or video for personal or commercial use, a separate licensing agreement and payment is required. This agreement grants you the necessary rights to use the images in accordance with your specific needs.

SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE GUIDELINES -

Client Sharing:

Clients are encouraged to share content created by Clique Creative on social media platforms.

Proper credit must be given by tagging @clique_creative and mentioning “Photography/Videography created by Clique Creative” where applicable.

Content must not be altered in any way that misrepresents its original quality or integrity.

Third-Party Sharing:

Third parties (e.g., subcontractors, vendors, or partners) may only share content with explicit permission from Clique Creative. Proper credit must be provided.

Alteration of Content:

Content must not be edited, cropped, filtered, or otherwise manipulated without prior approval from Clique Creative.

Commercial Use:

Content is not to be used for any commercial purposes outside the original agreement without obtaining additional licensing rights from Clique Creative.

Attribution Standards:

When sharing content on social media:

Tag @clique_creative in the post.

Use approved hashtags provided by Clique Creative where applicable.

For platforms without tagging functionality, ensure visible acknowledgment of Clique Creative in the caption or description.

Prohibited Actions:

Misrepresenting Clique Creative’s work as your own.

Removing or altering watermarks, logos, or credits on shared content.

Sharing unpublished or private content without written consent.

Enforcement of Monitoring:

Clique Creative reserves the right to -

Request the immediate removal of any content that violates this policy.

Take legal action to protect its intellectual property rights if necessary.
